Cooking Directions: 1. In a 6-8 quart stock pot over high heat, bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt, if desired. 2. Add pasta and returen to a boil, stirring occasionally. 3. Boil, uncovered, 7-9 minutes. 4. Remove from heat; drain well. Serve immediately as desired. High altitude - above 3500 feet: Cooking times may need to be increased slightly.
