      Details

      Cured & aged to perfection. Old fashioned sugar cured. Country Hams are cured & aged to perfection in the Foothills of North Carolina.

      Ingredients

      Cured with Salt, White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrate, Pepper, Sodium Nitrite.

      Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions: Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

      Cooking Instructions: Out open package with scissors or knife. Remove inserts before cooking. Put ham slices in a griddle at 350 degrees for 60 seconds per slide. Add a little coffee to ham for a Red Eye gravy flavor. Soak in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes to reduce salt in product before cooking. To Charcoal: Place ham slices on charcoal grill about 3 inch from hot coals. Grill until surface of product reaches a temperature at least 160 degrees. Serve in bun with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise or your favorite vegetables. To Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, wrap slices of ham in aluminum foil, bake in oven for 12 minutes. Makes ham moist and tender. To Microwave: Place 1 slice with edges snipped on paper plate covered with white paper towel. Cook 2 minutes on full power (1000 watt oven).
