Enriched Long Grain Rice [rice, Niacin, Iron (ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamin (thiamin Mononitrate), Folic Acid], Yellow Seasoning (salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Maltodextrin, Turmeric [color], Dehydrated Garlic, Corn Starch, Yeast Extract, Annatto [color], Spices, Saffron [color]).

Cooking Directions: On the Stove: Bring 3-1/2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons tub margarine (for more authentic flavor - use 2 tablespoons olive oil instead of margarine) to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in Mahatma rice mix. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. In the Microwave: In a 3 quart microwave-safe dish, combine 3 cups hot water, 2 tablespoons tub margarine (for more authentic flavor - use 2 tablespoons olive oil instead of margarine), and Mahatma rice mix. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Reduce setting to 50% power and microwave for 17 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. If your microwave does not have variable power settings, follow your manufacturer's directions. Makes about 5 servings, 1 cup cooked each.
