Thawing Instructions: To Thaw: Defrost desired portion in the refrigerator on a plate approximately one hour or until thawed. To Thaw Quickly: Place desired portion in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on defrost cycle or low for 1 minute or until thawed. Microwave ovens vary, adjust defrost time accordingly.

Serving suggestions. For best flavor and texture serve while slightly frozen. Use before date stamped on package. Frozen fruit: add desired amount of fruit and yogurt to a blender; blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Stir into your favorite quick bread or muffin mix. Thawed fruit: add thawed fruit, nuts and vinaigrette to the top of your favorite lettuce blend for an easy salad. Stir desired amount of fruit into your pancake or waffle batter, cook according to waffle or pancake package directions.

Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Use quantity needed, reseal bag and return immediately to freezer.
